​UPSL NATIONAL PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Germantown City FCs Daniel Tshiani

September 17, 2020 – Los Angeles, CA – Germantown City FC forward Daniel Tshiani has been selected UPSL National Player of the Week.

A native of Maryland, Tshiani scored three goals in a UPSL 2020 Fall Season Northeast Conference Beltway Division game on Saturday, September 12, 2020. Tshiani played 90 minutes for Germantown City FC (1-0-0 overall) in the victory.

Tshiani played for Bethesda, MD's Lions Soccer as a youth player before moving to Belgium and playing in SV Zulte Waregum's academy. He recently completed his sophomore season at Rockville, MD's Montgomery College.

The UPSL National Player of the Week is selected each week of the regular season by members of the league and journalists covering the UPSL, and decided by the fans via Twitter poll.
