September 18, 2019 – Los Angeles – The United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) is excited to announce Youth Academy Division Expansion in North Carolina.

Bryan Ramoutar has been named UPSL North Carolina Youth Academy Division Manager. Ramoutar will promote and manage UPSL's Youth Academy Division structure for local teams and new North Carolina-based clubs that fit with the league's model.

United Premier Soccer League Commissioner Yan Skwara said, "We are very pleased to add Bryan Ramoutar as our North Carolina Youth Academy Division Manager. Bryan is a veteran of the game and has very deep roots in the soccer community. A former professional player for many years, Bryan also has done great things on the youth soccer side. We are working with Bryan to build out the UPSL North Carolina Youth Academy Division and connect our other Youth Academy Divisions nationally. Continuing to grow our Youth Academy Division structure nationally will serve as a player feeder to the UPSL's top tiers, which include more than 300 teams across the country. We know the market for youth soccer in the North Carolina is very strong, and we've had a great amount of interest from a number of teams and leagues to come under the UPSL umbrella. We look forward to a successful relationship with Bryan for many years to come."

Bryan Ramoutar is Owner and Head Coach of Union Futbol Club (UPSL). A native of Trinidad & Tobago, Ramoutar was a professional player in Venezuela, Trinidad and England with Bradford City FC and Portsmouth FC.

Ramoutar is a long-time coach and currently holds a FIFA Youth Coach's Certificate and English FA 'Level 2' Coaching License, among many others. He currently is a Regional Sales Manager at Dove Print Solutions.

United Premier Soccer League North Carolina Youth Academy Division Manager Bryan Ramoutar said, "I've been involved in youth soccer my entire career. Since moving to North Carolina in 1996 I've been involved with the state association and the national club organizations. I've seen clubs rise up and fail to develop players across the board; but the UPSL really and truly is developing all players and providing the pathway for youth players to be seen nationally."
